4 Bedrooms:
- Each bedroom comes with a comfy queen bed on a solid bed frame, nightstand, open 3 prong outlets

- 4ft long open closets to hang and store clothes/luggage.

- Each bed comes with high-quality bedsheets, a duvet with a cover, two queen-size pillows, and an extra fleece blanket.

- Each room has a tower fan for additional cooling.

- Each room including the bathroom can be locked from the inside with a privacy knob.

Full Kitchen:

- Comes with a fully stocked kitchen.
- Complimentary free coffee, Keurig machine, tea, and oatmeal.

- 4 burner electric stove, oven and microwave range, air fryer, toaster oven, instapot

2 Full Bathroom:
- Toilet, Vanity sink, mirror cabinet, and hand soap, in both bathrooms.

- Large shower tub with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in full bathroom.

Pets:
- If you are bringing pet(s), they should be house trained. Please keep them off the furniture and beds. However, they are welcomed outside in the front and back yard. We don't allow more than 2 large pets or 3 small dogs. Please clean up after them upon your check out. If you don't clean after their poop, hair or other stains or damages they leave behind, then a minimum $200 cleaning/repair fee will be applied.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire property including all the rooms, bathrooms, garage and back yard. One closest will be locked away for storage supplies. Feel free to use the cleaning supplies in the garage and under the kitchen sink.

Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is mainly made up of families and retired folks. All my neighbors are super nice and really supportive of me as the young professional on the block. Please return that kindness during your stay cause they don’t deserve anything less.
