- Queen size bed, bedframe, supersoft bedsheets w/ spare.

- Full bathroom w/ toilet, shower tub, vanity sink and mirror.

Bedroom #2:

- King size bed, bedframe, supersoft bedsheets w/ spare.

- Walk in Closest with luggage racks for extra storage

- Full length mirror

- Large night stand

- Full ensuite bathroom w/ toilet, shower, vanity sink and mirror.

Full Kitchen:

- 4 burner gas stove, oven and range, microwave.

- 300cb refrigerator with filtered water, ice maker.

- Pots, pans, baking ware, oven mitts, mixing bowls, cutting board, bowls, plates, cups, utensils, knife set, wine/bottle opener, garbage bin.

- Other appliances: toaster, blender, electrical kettle, coffee maker, can opener, coffee grinder.

- Large granite countertop island with deep sink.

Parking:

- There is one garage for parking only one compact vehicle, which is very small and tight.

- There is also open street parking along both sides of the condominium block.

Pets:
- If you are bringing pet(s), they should be house trained. Please keep them off the furniture and beds. However, they are welcomed outside in the front and back yard. We don't allow more than 2 large pets or 3 small dogs. Please clean up after them upon your check out. If you don't clean after their poop, hair or other stains or damages they leave behind, then a minimum $200 cleaning/repair fee will be applied.

Guest Access

The guest will have full access to the entire condo, including the fully equipped kitchen. The only part off-limits is the hallway closet on the first floor, which we use as a supply closet. Otherwise, you will have everything you need for your stay!

Neighborhood:

Down the street from a park with a dog park, boccee ball court and walking trail. Location is absolute premium, right off the heart of Downtown Sacramento. Nearby Golden 1 Arena, State Capitol, downtown's best restaurants, bars and clubs. Sacramento is one of the most diverse cities in the United States and South Sacramento is especially diverse. Its not the most affluent community but I grew up in this neighborhood and I couldn't be more proud to be among so many families of color.
